District Work Requests Information

Follow the link below to submit your Transportation, Maintenance, Custodial or Technology work requests.

Please use these instructions:

1. Select the queue that matches your building. 
2. Put a brief description of your problem in the Subject Line .
3. Please include the following in the body of your requests:

• Maintenance: Department, Room number, phone number, type of problem and as much detail as possible. 
• Transportation: Number of passengers, Date and Time of Departure from School, Date and Time of Return to School, Destination, Driver Requested, Purpose of Trip.
• Technology: Department, Room number, phone number, type of problem and as much detail as possible.
